Can I book online?

No we do not currently take bookings online. Call us now on 020 8661 1000 to make your booking!

Do you charge more at different times of the day?

No. Unlike other companies who may charge different costs at peak times or in the early hours of the morning, we have standard prices.

How can I pay for the transport?

You can pay either by credit/debit card by phone or at our office OR alternatively pay by cash at the office or directly to the driver at the time of the journey.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Parking is chargeable to the passenger and is to be paid directly to the driver at the time of the transport, you will be provided with a receipt. The driver and/or SPH does not benefit from any parking fees, this is not inclusive of your fare for the transport.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Do not panic!!! We check all incoming flights regularly by the flight number provided before the car is dispatched and update the driver when on route the expected arrival and landing time. The fare you were quoted allows/includes a 45 minute waiting period after the plane lands for collection of luggage and to come through the airport. Any waiting time after the inclusive 45 minutes is charged at £5 every 15 minutes. All parking fees are also transferred to the passenger and is to be paid directly to the driver at the time of the transport, you will be provided with a receipt.

There are multiple pick-ups and drop offs involved in our journey? Is this a problem?

No. There is no problem at all but depending on distance and how many drop offs/ pick-ups there is, this will incur a small charge on the standard price.

Do you only provide local transport or airport transfers?

No. At SPH we cater for all your journeys no matter the distance. For the longer journeys we require payment by credit/debit card beforehand.

Do you provide child seats/ booster seats?

Yes. We can provide booster seats or child seats if requested at the time of booking, upon availability at the time of the journey.

Where do we meet the driver when we land?

When you land we usually meet at the pick- up/drop off point, the driver will contact you on the mobile number taken at the time of booking. If a mobile is not available we will meet at the information desk with a name board, containing the passenger name.
